An exploration of Eddplant's long-standing interest in pop punk music, picture unrelated was recorded in a suburban dining room in East London in three days in early August 2011. It takes it's name from the lack of "official" album artwork; in the age of music downloads and digital music players many releases rely on album artwork to sell the music, to cause the album to stand out among the thumbnails of a listener's collection. Across online forums, a similar tactic is exploited to draw attention to new posts, by attaching an image that has little to nothing to do with the post itself.

The 17-minute EP features new versions of two Eddplant songs that were always intended to be performed by a full band, and two brand new tracks, "Never Know" and "You're Still Beautiful"
